All orders will be processed and shipped from Camp Hill, PA within 3 business days of order receipt. Please note that business days include Monday thru Friday and exclude holidays. Please allow 4 to 10 days for delivery via U.S. Priority Mail. Please provide your email address on the order form. We will notify you through email prior to shipping your order regarding any shipping delays or out of stock situations that may occur. We will confirm shipment of your order and provide you with a tracking number for your order via email.
Should you have any special shipping instructions, please indicate them in the Special Instructions box on the order form.
We accept all major credit cards for all online ordering. (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
If you choose to pick the product up in one of our stores, please choose the In Store Pick Up option under shipping preference. Please specify in the Special Instructions box from which store you wish to pick your product up. This option will wave all shipping fees. For In Store Pickups the product will be available in 2 business days. Please provide a copy of your invoice when picking the product up.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your House of Cards order, please return the merchandise to House of Cards 118 S. 32nd St. Camp Hill, PA 17011. Include a copy of the Customer Invoice and the reason for the return or exchange. If requesting a refund, credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
