 | All orders will be processed and shipped from Camp Hill, PA within 3 business days of order receipt. Please note that business days include Monday thru Friday and exclude holidays. Allow at least 4 to 10 days for delivery via U.S. Priority Mail. Please provide your e-mail address on the order form. We will notify you through e-mail, prior to shipping your order, regarding any shipping delays or out of stock situations that may occur. We will confirm shipment of your order and provide you with a tracking number for your order via e-mail.
Should you have any special shipping instructions for your order please indicate them in the Special Instructions box on the order form.
We accept Visa and MasterCard for all online ordering.
If you choose to pick your product up in one of our stores please choose the In Store Pick Up option under shipping preference. Please specify in the Special Instructions box on the order form from which store you would like to pick your product up. This option will waive all shipping fees. For In Store Pick Ups the product will be available within 2 business days. Please provide a copy of your invoice when picking up the merchandise.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your House of Cards order, please return the merchandise within 30 days to House of Cards 118 S. 32nd St. Camp Hill, PA 17011. Include a copy of the Customer Invoice and the reason for the return or exchange. If requesting a refund, credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
